One of my most recent Scottsdale Arizona interior design projects is a 5,500 square foot home located in Estancia, a community in North Scottsdale, at the base of Pinnacle Peak. The home was built in 1997, and it features old world architecture with traditional interior detailing.
The home needed general cosmetic updating on the interior – lighting, electrical trim, hardware, plumbing, paint, accent tile for backsplashes in the kitchen and wet bar. The master bathroom and master closets needed to be gutted and fully remodeled. The home also needed to be completely refurnished, because the clients were not bringing in any of their existing furniture.
The biggest highlight of this project is the home’s location. From every window in the home, you have one amazing view after another. The other great highlight was the clients themselves – being very open and easy-going people, we were able to give them a home that is a true reflection of who they are.
