Claire Ownby

Claire Ownby is one of the most sought-after designers of luxury residential interiors and the founder of Ownby Design, LLC. Part designer, part innovator, part visionary, Claire draws inspiration from her studies, her extensive travels and her affinity for fine food and wine. With her unique fusion of minimalism and lavishness, Claire’s designs transform the spaces of everyday living into one-of-a-kind indulgences. Claire received her education in Interior Design from Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College. While serving apprenticeships with Scottsdale-based residential and commercial design firms, Claire refined her talent and passion for luxurious interiors, and decided to start her own interior design firm in 1998. Claire was recently honored as the ASID Industry Partners’ Designer of the Year 2007, and the Ownby Design team has been recognized with numerous industry and community awards throughout the past several years for residential designs in both Arizona and the Hawaiian Islands.
Lindsey Schultz

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University, and working in advertising for two years, Lindsey went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harrington College of Design in Chicago. Lindsey then spent a year living in San Diego working simultaneously for two renowned architects, before she found her niche as a project designer with Ownby Design. Her extensive travels, experiences living in various cities across the U.S., and her strong admiration of the mid-century modern greats inspire her designs and drive her philosophies. Lindsey has seven years of experience in residential design.
Lindsay Lange
Allied Member ASID
Lindsay obtained a Bachelors of Science in Design Management, from Arizona State University – School of Architecture and Environmental Design. Lindsay started her career with Ownby Design as an intern while completing her education and has been a valued member of our design team for three years. Lindsay is an Arizona native and has vast knowledge in the cities development and expansive growth over the past decade. She has a sophisticated eye for design and a intuative inspiration to create interiors that are timeless, yet attentive to detail. Lindsay possesses an innate ability to produce an environment that works well with the land, the architecture and the personality and needs of
each client.
Stephenie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from American InterContinental University, Weston, FL. As a new addition to Ownby Design, she has seven years experience in business practices which include the start-up of two Florida companies and assisting in the operations of a development company. Stephenie has had a life long exposure and practice to design, décor and the arts.
